This photo was taken while I was in my painting stage of my British India collection.
The reason why I painted everything was because this was the first collection I have designed for digital textiles, so as you can imagine I was excited to finally be able to capture my painterly brush marks within my textiles.
As you can see lots of my art was inspired by traditional botanical drawings that were created during the British India period.
